About

The Canterbury Software Cluster (Canterbury Software Inc.) is a non-profit organisation aimed at helping the Canterbury software sector succeed at home and worldwide. We have a broad-based member community - New Zealand's most innovative companies and successful entrepreneurs based in a region renowned globally for its market leading software. This cluster of small-to-medium Canterbury and other South Island companies works to facilitate strong foundations for commercial success in world-class software products and services, and establish national and international business relationships. 

Our activities include monthly Speaker Events where industry experts come along and share their knowledge of particular topics, and software industry workshops and facilitation. Our meetings provide excellent networking opportunities for members, software engineers and investors to meet and make contacts.

The Canterbury Software Summit is our main event of the year. Last year it was held on 8 September and featured inspiring stories from business leaders as well as informative technical sessions.

Day-to-day activities of the Cluster are led by a voluntary Committee.
