Are you someone who wants to experience starting your own business, an entrepreneur, developer or designer?

Startup Weekend is an intense 54 hour event which focuses on building a web or mobile application which could form the basis of a credible business over the course of a weekend. The weekend brings together people with different skillsets - primarily software developers, graphics designers and business people - to build applications and develop a commercial case around them.

You could have an idea you really want to try out, or just the skills to make any idea happen. Or, you have an interest in rebuilding the Christchurch economy and ecosystem. Do come along!

CHCSW will host the CEO of Startup Weekend himself, Marc Nager, and promises to be an exhilirating weekend.
