UPT Digital in OZ: Spreading the Word Across the Ditch
Our friends from UPT Digital have been asked to present at the Big Picture Education conference in Canberra.
Maia, Mitchell and Renea, will be talking about:
- IT Hothouse learning model and it's flagship pod UPT Digital
- How our pods at other schools (in NZ and the US) can develop their own personalities
- How to get a pod up and running at your school
- How to integrate community outreach with your pod
- The software/tools we use
- Student projects
They have designed a card to be printed so they can hand them out to people during the six day trip to the Conference and to visit other schools. The cards can also be used as bookmarks. If you would like to show your support, it will be acknowledged with your logo printed on the card.
